Board of Directors of private sector lender Lakshmi Vilas Bank has co-opted N S Venkatesh as Additional Director and also appointed him as Executive Director of the bank for a three-year period.
"... Subsequent to the approval granted by Reserve Bank of India, the Board of Directors of the bank at its meeting held today, have co-opted N S Venkatesh as Additional Director and also appointed him as Executive Director for a tenure of three years," the Tamil Nadu-based bank said in a BSE filing.
The board also co-opted Kusuma R Muniraju as Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive and Independent Director of the bank with immediate effect, it said.
Shares of the bank were trading at Rs 102, up by 3.55 per cent over previous close in the afternoon BSE.
