Man accused of killing sub-inspector arrested

Police has arrested a man, accused of killing a sub-inspector during an encounter a few days ago, in Sikandrabad here.

Akhtar Khan, was killed in the encounter with criminals in Dadri while he was leading a team which raided the hideout of Fuqran and Javed.

All the three suspects had managed to flee during the incident and Javed, accused of killing the sub-inspector had a bounty of Rs 50,000 on him.

While Javed was arrested last night from Sikandrabad, Furqan was nabbed a few days ago. The other accused, Tota is at large.
