Man arrested for kidnapping, rape
A 63-year-old man, wanted in a kidnapping and rape case, was arrested here, police said today.
Ram Avtar, who was absconding since 2002 January was apprehended on March 13, Ajay Chaudhry, Additional Commissioner of Police (South-East), said.
He was absconding in the case registered in New Ashok Nagar police station.
