A man was arrested and 60 pouches of illicit liquor was recovered from his possession here today, a police official said.
The accused, identified as Rakesh Kumar, was arrested during a raid at his house in the Bishnah area of the district and recovered 60 pouches of illicit liquor from there, the official said.
A case was registered under various sections of the Excise Act and enquiry has been initiated, he said.
