Man arrested with country made illicit liquor

Police have arrested a man in Jammu and recovered five litres of country made illicit liquor from him, a police officer said.

He said that on specific information the police raided the house of Viru Ram in the Bishnah area of Jammu and recovered five liters of country made illicit liquor from there.

He said that the accused was arrested and booked under various sections of the excise act.
