Man awarded 5 years RI in rape case
A local court today sentenced a man to five years' rigorous imprisonment for raping a minor girl four years ago.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Virendra Prasad Pandey also slapped a fine of Rs 5000 on Sitaram Paswan.
According to prosecution, Paswan lured the girl in a locality under Vishwavidhalaya police station and raped her on October 15, 2011.
