Man beaten to death by elder brother

A 45-year-old man was allegedly beaten to death by his elder brother over a trivial issue in Bhaiyapurva Chakva village here, police said today.

Billale was beaten by his elder brother Babadeen (50) with a stick yesterday evening when he asked a guest at the latter's house to return his money, leading to his death.

A case has been registered on the complaint of the deceased's wife and body sent for post-mortem examination.

Hunt is on to nab the accused, who fled the scene after the crime, police said.
