Man commits suicide after argument with wife

A 23-year-old man allegedly committed suicide after an altercation with his wife at Mahalaxmi Garden area under Khoda police station in the district.

Samrood, who was unemployed and a native of Maharashtra, hanged himself last night after having an argument with his wife over some issue, SHO, Khoda, Vir Vikram Singh said.

The victim's family members found the body hanging from the ceiling fan this morning, he said.

The body has been sent for post-mortem and the matter is being investigated, the SHO said.
