Man crushed to death by rally-bus

A man died and another was injured when a scooty, which they were riding, was mowed down by a private bus returning from BJP rally, the police said today.

The incident occurred yesterday and the deceased was identified as Mohmmed Shahzad (35), while his colleague Ikram, who was injured, was taken to nearby hospital, they said.

The bus returning from the Vasundhra Raje government's anniversary event hit the scooty on which the duo were riding near Situ Plaza in Malviya Nagar, they said.
