Man found dead in Bandipora

A 23-year-old man, who was allegedly abducted, was found dead in an orchard in Bandipora district of Jammu and Kashmir today, police said.

Hilal Ahmad Parray, a painter by occupation, was found dead inside an orchard at Hajin in Bandipora this morning by the local residents, the police said.

The police said that Parray was reportedly abducted from near his house last night.

Preliminary investigations suggest that the man was strangled to death, he said.
