Man found murdered, 'live-in' partner grilled

A 32-year-old man was found murdered, in Mettupalayam near here today, police said.

Passers-by noticed the body of Vimal, with bleeding injuries on head and neck, lying in Kurumbanur, about 40 kms from here and informed police this morning.

Senior police officials, including SP Ramya Bharathi, visited the spot and conducted preliminary inquiries.

A 26-year old woman, who was 'living' with Vimal for the past few months, has been picked up for questioning, they said.
