Man held in Jammu after evading arrest for 30 years: police

A man on the run for nearly thirty decades in a case of alleged theft was held Monday, police said here.

Bali Ram was arrested and produced before a court, an official said.

The accused was involved in a case of under section 379 (theft) and 411 (stolen property) lodged at Kanachak Police Station in 1988, he said.
