Man killed by nephew over property dispute

A 45-year-old was allegedly killed by his nephew over a property dispute in Ahimaney Baijapur village here, police said today.

The deceased identified as Tilakram Verma was working in his agricultural field yesterday when he got involved in a dispute with his nephew who attacked him with a sharp-edged weapon leading to his death, police said.

A case has been registered on basis of a complaint of the deceased's daughter Lalita, they said adding, police is further investigating the issue.
