Man killed in road mishap in Punjab

A 62-year-old man was killed and his son seriously injured when the car they were travelling in collided with a bus near Sadik village here today.

Buta Singh was killed while his son Sarabjit was injured after the duo travelling in their car, tried to overtake a vehicle and collided with a a state owned Pepsu Road Transposrt Corporation (PRTC)bus coming from opposite direction, police said.

Sarabjit was hospitalised here in a critical state, they said, adding a case has been registered in this connection.
