Man kills mother-in-law

A man allegedly shot dead his mother-in-law in the Prakasam district of Andhra Pradesh today.

P Aluruaiah shot his mother-in-law Tirmalamma (55) with a country-made pistol, killing her on the spot, at Pogulla village, Giddalur Circle Inspector N Rama Rao told PTI over phone.

"Following a fight over some family matter, the accused shot dead the woman and fled. Police are looking for him," Rao said. Further probe is on.
