Man kills parents, sister

A 55-year-old man today allegedly murdered his parents and sister over a property-related dispute in Veeranur village here, police said.

Selvarajan killed his father Mannathan (80), mother Mylee (75) and his sister Pappathi (57) with a sickle after a brief altercation over his share in the property at their house, police said.

A triple murder case has been registered against Selvarajan, who is at large, Deputy Superintendent of Police Natarajan said.
