A 31-year-old man allegedly murdered her 28-year-old wife suspecting her fidelity at Tiruttani near here today, police said.
Mohan surrerndered before local Village Administrative Officer and was handed over to police.
He told investigators that he stabbed his wife to death suspecting her fidelity, they said.
The couple have two children and were not on good terms following differences, police said, adding, only recently family elders had pacified both.
