Man kills wife, two children

A 40-year-old man allegedly

strangulated his wife and two minor children to death in Deshal locality here, police said today.

Bodies of Rekha (38), Pransi (7) and Krishna (5) were found in their room by the landlord this morning, police said.

The accused Sudhir, who is unemployed and an alcoholic, often had arguments with his wife Rekha over his drinking habits and last night too he had a tiff with her over the matter, police said.

Bodies have been sent for the post mortem.

A case has been registered against Sudhir on the complaint of his elder daughter Kamini, police said, adding two police teams have been formed to nab the accused.
