A 33-year-old man from Badlapur
township of the district was allegedly murdered by unknown persons at his house, police said today.
The victim Ramanand Sita Yadav, a resident of Saidham Apartment of Samarth Chowk locality of the township, was found lying in a pool of blood with multiple stab wounds by his brother today, they said.

Police said a case of murder was registered against unknown persons under section 302 of IPC.
Yadav's wife, son (6) and daughter (8) had gone to her parents house, police added.
