Man shoots at woman, kills himself

A man allegedly shot at a woman, injuring her, before shooting himself dead in northwest Delhi's Mukherjee Nagar this evening, the police said.

The woman, in her 30s, in battling for life at a hospital here. A suicide note has been found at the spot and its contents are being examined, they said.

Sonu after shooting at the woman and shot himself in the head. The duo was rushed to the hospital where doctors declared the man brought dead, a senior police officer said.

The woman's husband is posted outside Delhi. It is suspected that the incident is a fallout of a relationship gone sour, the police said.
 

However, the police are probing all angles, the officer said.
