Man tries to climb wall of air force station, caught

A man was today apprehended while trying to climb the wall of Bhisiana Air force station here, police said.

The accused has been identified as Rajesh Kumar, a resident of Uttar Pradesh, Bathinda Superintendent of Police (Investigation) Swarn Singh said.

He was caught while trying to climb the wall of the air force station, Singh said, adding the accused was later handed over to the police.

"Rajesh was booked under the relevant sections of the IPC and the Official Secrets Act, the SP said.

He will be questioned for his motive behind his attempt, he added.
