A 58-year-old man and his wife were beaten to death by unidentified persons in Dakshin area, police said today.
Keshav Dev Upadhyaya and his wife Asha Devi (53) were beaten to death by unidentified persons late last night, Superintendent of Police Ajay Mohan Sharma.
The incident took place when Keshav was practicing in his father's clinic, police said, adding, prima-facie it appears the assailants entered the clinic through terrace.
The motive behind the double murder was not clear yet, they said.
