The comic giants Marvel has reportedly been negotiating with Johnny Depp for the lead role in Disney-owned Marvel Studios' upcoming Doctor Strange flick.
The 50-year-old 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star has been in discussions with Marvel on taking up the role, reported Ace Showbiz.
Reports suggest that Depp is very interested in the project.
Marvel apparently is willing to change the script to accommodate the actor and Disney is willing to clear Depp's schedule from filming another "Pirates" film should he agree on staring as Dr Strange.
