Actress-turned-designer Mary-Kate Olsen and her fiance Olivier Sarkozy reportedly sold their New York mansion for privacy reasons.
The couple, who got engaged in February, sold their East 10th Street town house property last year after snapping it up for USD 6.25 million because it apparently did not offer them enough privacy and security, reported New York Post.
"Mary-Kate was not happy with the house, it was not private enough for her. She needs a garage or something with a more secure entrance," a source said.
The couple, who have a 17-year age gap, is said to have checked out a house uptown on 94th Street recently.
