Mathura: SI suspended for dereliction of duty

A sub-inspector (SI) here was suspended today for alleged dereliction of duty, a police officer said.

"Sub Inspector Dev Pal Singh, in-charge Panna Pokhar Outpost of the Highway police station, has been suspended owing to dereliction of duty," PRO at the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Office, Sanjeev Tyagi, said.

He has been suspended by SSP Prabhakar Chaudhary, he said.

Nobody has been posted to replace the sub-inspector till now.
