Mawana Sugars today said its Chief Financial Officer Anil Arora has resigned from the company.
B B Mehta will take over the said role from November 4, Mawana Sugars informed BSE in a filing.
"...the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held today has approved... resignation of Dr Anil Arora as the CFO with effect from November 4, 2017," it said.
Also, B B Mehta has been appointed as the CFO of the company with effect from November 4, it added.
