McNally Bharat up 4 pc on Rs 415 cr order win

Shares of McNally Bharat Engineering rose over 4 per cent today after the company said it has bagged a Rs 415-crore solar power project order in Andhra Pradesh.

The scrip settled at Rs 55.85 on BSE, up 4.69 per cent from its previous close.

On NSE, the stock ended 4.39 per cent higher at Rs 55.90.

The market capitalisation of the firm stood at Rs 282.57 crore on the BSE.

"The company has received an order for design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, commissioning and operation and maintenance of 500 MW grid connected solar PV power project, including civil works in Andhra Pradesh, on EPC basis for Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation Ltd for a value of Rs 415.29 crore," McNally Bharat Engineering said in a BSE filing.
