Meanwhile, Revenue minister Ambika Choudhury however

rejected the allegations of opposition parties stressing that the real picture would emerge before them when the chief minister presents the budget tomorrow.
"The expenditure of the government is up to the mark and there is no laxity in spending money on development or welfare works," Chaudhary added.
The previous 2012-13 budget was of Rs 2 lakh crore, 18 per cent higher than 2011-12 budget.
