Medinipore Medical College professor missing

An Associate Professor of the Medinipore Medical College went missing since yesterday, police said today.

Associate Professor (Pharmacology) Dr Balaram Ghosh (42) a resident of Sonarpur in South 24 Parganas, is missing since yesterday evening and a complaint has been lodged by his wife today, they said.

"Dr Ghosh left for home yesterday at around 3.30pm... He also spoke to his friends till 6.30pm over his mobile phone but after that there was trace of him," a source in police said, adding that they have started into the matter.
