Meira Kumar calls on Rajapaksa

Kumar is in the Sri Lankan capital to attend the 58th Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) conference.

She met Rajapaksa at the presidential residence and exchanged souvenirs with him, officials said.

The Indian High Commissioner in Colombo Ashok K Kantha accompanied the Indian speaker.
