Mentally challenged minor raped by uncle in UP

A 12-year-old mentally challenged girl was allegedly raped by her uncle in Masauli area here, police said today.

The girl was taken to an orchard where she was raped by the accused yesterday, it said.

Later, the victim narrated the incident to her parents who got an FIR lodged, police said.

Station in charge Rai Singh Yadav said the accused was arrested last night.
