Mentally-challenged woman gangraped; two held

A mentally-challenged woman was allegedly gangraped by two men at Ruikhed village here, police said today.

The accused, identified as Rajesh Kantale and Ramesh Aaglave, have been arrested, they said.

Quoting from the complaint filed yesterday by the woman's father, police said that the duo entered the woman's house and sexually assaulted her.

The victim, who has a child, was married to a youth in a nearby village but the couple later separated after which she moved to her father's home.
