Metro from YMCA chowk to Ballabgarh gets approval

Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today said a metro rail stretch of 3.2 km between YMCA Chowk, Faridabad to Ballabgarh has got approval and the work would be started soon.

"A sum of Rs 568 crore would be incurred on it," he said after chairing a meeting of the state Cabinet here.

The Central government has given in principle approval for the project, an official release quoting him said here.
