Mettur level at 44.26 feet

Following widespread rain, Mettur

reservoir has received good inflows and the water level today stood at 44.26 feet against the full level of 120 feet.

Inflow was 6525 cusecs while outflow 2000 cusecs, PWD officials said.

There was widepread rain throughout the district last night.
