"Alice in Wonderland" star Mia Wasikowska is planning to buy a property in her native place Australia so that she gets to spend more time with family.
The 23-year-old actress has been staying in a rented accommodation in the US since she got into Hollywood at the age of 17.
She says after filming new drama "Tracks", she is keen to buy her first house in Australia, reported Contactmusic.

"I've been back and forth from America and Australia and I've always lived at my parents' house when I've come back. But I'm going to live here and it's time to get my own place and really kind of commit to staying in Australia," Wasikowska said.
"Tracks", which premiered at the Venice Film Festival stars Wasikowska as Aussie author Robyn Davidson, who wrote a memoir documenting her nine-month camel trek through the outback in 1977.
