Michael B Jordan to play Boba Fett in 'Star Wars' spin-off

Lucasfilm and Walt Disney Pictures are reportedly eyeing Michael B Jordan to portray the bounty hunter, Boba Fett in "Star Wars" spin-off.

Despite losing director Josh Trank, Lucasfilm still continues making the untitled stand-alone Star Wars film II, which centers on the origin story of Boba Fett, reported The Wrap.

"Straight Outta Compton" director F Gary Gray, who recently confirmed that he would helm "Fast and Furious 8", will direct the Boba Fett film.
