Mid-sized IT services firm MindTree today said it has completed the closing conditions for acquiring US-based Relational Solutions.
In July, the Bangalore-based firm had said it will acquire 100 per cent of the equity interest in US-based Relational Solutions in an all-cash transaction for USD 10 million (about Rs 63.5 crore).
Relational Solutions specialises in technology services to the consumer goods industry.

Symantec secures over 1 bn Internet of Things (IoT) devices * Security software maker Symantec today said it has secured more than one billion Internet of Things (IoT) devices, ranging from televisions and cars to smart meters and critical infrastructure.
"With IoT devices expected to number 25 billion by 2020, Symantec is leading the effort to protect consumers from hacks against their always-on, Internet connected devices," it said in a statement.
The number of protected devices is expected to reach up to 25 billion by 2020 and India will have a fair share of this market, it added.
