Minister pulled up for reading newspaper in LS

Union Minister Paban Singh Ghatowar was today pulled up for reading a newspaper in the Lok Sabha when the House was discussing Motion of Thanks on President's Address.

"Minister please do not read newspaper in the House," Inder Singh Namdhari who was chairing the proceedings in the evening, told Ghatowar.

Ghatowar, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, was sitting next to External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid.
