Minor boy found hanging in Rajasthan

The body of a 14-year-old boy was found hanging from the wooden angle of a shed in an agricultural field in Rajasthan's Bundi district today, the police said.
The boy, a Class IX student, had gone missing from his home in Tonk district's Vitola village yesterday, SHO of Ninwa police station Lakhan Lal Meena said.
The body was found hanging from a wooden angle of a shed using a bed sheet in an agricultural field in Kashpuria village, he said, adding that the minor's bicycle was found parked nearby.
Meena said preliminary investigation suggested that it was a case of suicide, but the reason behind the extreme step was not known yet as no note had been recovered.
The police have registered a case under Section 174 of the CrPC (to inquire and report on suicide, etc) and a probe is underway.
However, the boy's family alleged that he was murdered.
The minor's body was handed over to his family after a post-mortem examination.
