Minor four-month pregnant after gang-rape

A 15-year-old girl in Uttar Pradesh's Chimayu village has been found to be four-month pregnant after she was allegedly raped by three youths, police said today.

The incident came into light after the victim complained of stomach ache, SHO, Charthawal Police Station, G C Sharma, said.

"According to the complaint filed by the victim's father, the accused gang-raped the minor few months back and threatened her to not tell the incident to anybody," he said.

Two of the accused have been arrested and a search is on to nab the third one, he said, adding the minor was sent for a medical examination.
