Minor gang-raped, 2 arrested

Two persons were arrested for

allegedly gang-raping a minor girl in Sujangarh in Churu district of Rajasthan, police said today.

The accused -- Govind and Om Singh -- forcibly took the girl to a deserted place on Thursday night and raped her, Sujangarh police in-charge Jamna Lal Meena said.

The accused dropped off the girl in an unconscious state in front of her house on Friday dawn, he said.

Govind and Om were arrested yesterday and investigations are on in the case, he added.
