Minor girl raped by maternal uncle

A minor girl was raped allegedly by her maternal uncle at her house here today, police said.

The incident took place in Seemapuri and the accused Alam (21) was arrested.

The girl was in her house with her 10-year-old brother while her parents were out when the incident took place.

The incident came to light when the victim's brother informed a neighbour.
