Minor raped by road-roller driver, critical

The incident happened last night when the girl was picked up by the accused from her house when she was sleeping in her courtyard. She was later left in a garden in the neighbourhood bleeding profusely.

On hearing her cries, her mother came running but by that time the culprit managed to escape in the dark.

The girl has been admitted to Pathankot civil hospital where her condition is said to be critical.
