A 13-year-old girl was allegedly raped
here, following which one person has been arrested, police said today.
The incident took place last night when the victim had gone to the market under Revti Police Station area, Superintendent of Police R B Singh said, adding, the accused took her to a secluded spot and raped her.
An FIR was lodged against the youth on the complaint of the mother of the victim, following which he was arrested and sent to jail, the SP said.
