Mobile app for gastrointestinal patients

A city-based hospital has developed an informative mobile application for the benefit of gastrointestinal patients.

The features of the app include descriptive videos to help understand the various laparoscopic surgeries, one touch call and e-mail facility, with time saving easy access to reach gastroenterologists during emergencies, Chairman and Chief Laparoscopic Surgeon of Gateway Clinics, K Sendhil Kumar said in a release.

The mobile app, developed by Getaway Clinics, is available on Google play store and App Store for Android and Apple phones, he added.
