Mobile phone recovered from undertrial in jail

A mobile phone has been recovered from an undertrial prisoner during checking in district jail here, a senior jail official said today.

During checking yesterday, a mobile phone was seized from an undertrial prisoner, identified as Anuj Kumar, Jail Superintendent Siaram Choudhry said.

A case was registered against the prisoner, he added.
