The modern queue complex at the Lord Saneeswara temple at Tirunallar will be throw open tomorrow, Karaikal District Collector Vallavan today said.

Speaking to reporters after inspecting the queue complex, he said the complex, constructed at a cost of Rs 4.72 crore, has been constructed in such a way to make the process of waiting for darshan a pleasant one for the devotees.

The complex has facilities such as resting sheds, toilets, purified drinking water dispensers, shopping outlets and information desks.

The area adjacent to the queue complex has been landscaped with lawns. In the resting sheds, more than 1000 pilgrims can take rest at a time. Over 3000 pilgrims can conveniently move in the queue, he added.

It is similar to the Vaikuntam queue complex at Tirumala.

Tirunallar attracts hundreds of pilgrims from various parts of the country everyday. On weekends and holidays, some one lakh pilgrims visit the town per day.
