Modi is the only alternative: Ramdev

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi is the "only alternative" before the people in the present scenario, Yoga guru Ramdev said today.

Expressing support to Modi as the BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate, Ramdev told reporters here, "Modi is the only alternative before the people as he is the only one who has the courage to get rid of Congress' mis-rule."

He said compared to Modi, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi appeared inexperienced.

Ramdev said Modi could bring a change and people have a lot of expectations from him.

"There is anger among people against Congress and this will be visible in Lok Sabha polls," he said.
