Moradabad SSP beats police followers; suspended

Moradabad SSP allegedly beat three police followers posted at his residence, following which the Uttar Pradesh government suspended him today.

"SSP Rajesh Modak has been suspended for misbehaviour with his followers," Home department sources said here.

Modak reportedly beat the followers posted at his residence in Moradabad with a broom and wiper yesterday for not informing him about the visit of an SP leader and keeping the leader waiting.
