Moth prices rose by Rs 50 per quintal at the wholesale pulses market today on pick up in demand against limited supplies.
However, rajmah chitra eased on reduced offtake by stockists against lack of demand.
Traders said pick up in demand against limited supplies from producing regions helped moth prices to trade higher.
In the national capital, moth rose by Rs 50 to Rs 4,800-5,100 per quintal.
On the other hand, rajmah chitra lacked necessary follow up support and eased by Rs 100 to Rs 7,200-10,700 per quintal.
